Betty has been cooking for me for the past two months. She adheres to dietary guidelines and prepares wonderfully tasty meals. She researches for alternatives and continues to amaze me with how really good a gluten free food can taste. I hired Betty, at Betty's Culinary Creations, to cater my wedding; I was married on April 19, 2008. I decided on a black and white wedding and found my wedding cake in a magazine. I asked Betty if she could make it and she said she could. Betty catered my entire wedding, the wedding cake, the food trays and the fruit trays.

On the day of my wedding I went into the reception area to see the set up and the wedding cake and I was absolutely blown away at how gorgeous everything was set-up. The food and fruit trays were beautiful, and the wedding cake looked exactly as the one in the magazine, I couldn't believe it. All my guests complimented on the reception set up and how wonderful the food and cake tasted. If I ever need another occasion catered, I know who to call.
